Hello! I am Mya, our Primary Consultant and Creator. I'm dedicated to providing trauma-informed and equity-oriented consulting services to help our clients achieve their goals. I am committed to promoting inclusive and accessible practices which prioritize transparency, dignity, and respect.
I specialize in anti-violence work, disability advocacy, and racial justice all with an anti-oppression mindset. I am passionate about assisting our clients in navigating complex challenges and achieving transformative results.

At WMU Mya specialized in trauma-specific treatment as well as violence towards individuals and communities. Mya participated in the I-PEER interdisciplinary program during her final year where she dedicated 9 months to understanding the intricacies of culturally responsive care.

Heidelberg University
At Heidelberg, Mya researched Title IX policies, served as a Title IX representative, and even worked in the Title IX office. She also was a student leader on campus being involved in multiple groups and founding a criminology honorary chapter.
Mya also served as a mentor to first-year students of color to assist in eliminating culture shock and increasing retention.
